How do I cancel my service?

For your account security, we need to verify account ownership prior to cancelling a service. As a result, we do not accept cancellation requests via email. In order to cancel any of the services you have with us, please use the following steps to cancel your service through the use of our Customer Service System.

1. Click on the Your Services link in the Client Area menu at the top of the page. Login, if not already logged in.

2. Click on the View Details button to the right of the service you want to cancel.

4. Choose the Cancel This Service option in the Management Actions tab.

5. Fill out your cancellation reason and click the Cancel This Service button.

6. Repeat steps 2-5 for each service you wish to cancel.


PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation requests are processed immediately. Do not request cancellation before migrating your files to a new server and/or downloading a complete backup of your site files and any database content you may have on our server. In accordance with our Terms of Service, payments will not be prorated and payment of service in advance is non-refundable.
